If you are shipped an incorrect item, we will provide a full refund including shipping charges. In order to be eligible for this refund, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt, return within 30 days and do not open the manufacturer's original packaging. In all other cases, regularly stocked items may be returned with a 15% restocking fee. In order for returns to be accepted, your items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order.
